In the Last chapter we left off with sasuke saying he has "one more jutsu left to unfold. As this manga begins sasuke using his jutsu which can control lightning from the clouds. He successfully hits itachi with it. As he comes closer to itachi's "dead body" t something happened... Itachi's voice suddenly was heard "Was that what you saw in your vision of my death?" Itachi then stood up. As itachi gets on his feet, sasuke got shocked in seeing him still alive and sasuke evolved to his level 2 form just to be ready for what's gonna happen next. Itachi then said "Behold..The Last Weapon In my Arsenal" he called it "Susano".
