Eccentric City: Rise and Fall, presents an exhibition based upon the beliefs and disillusionment of legendary Japanese artist, Keiichi Tanaami and Singapore-based, :phunk. In Eccentric City: Rise and Fall, Tanaami and :phunk create intensely coloured worlds that constantly collide and clash with each other. This collaboration blurs the gaps between worlds, bringing the past closer to the present and art and design into a tense alignment.
